Vietnam, Czech Republic strengthen cooperation in corruption combat

Deputy head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission Nguyen Thanh Hai stressed Vietnam’s recent achievements in combating corruption, stressing that the work is a central task receiving strong and consistent direction from the Party and State, with the active involvement of multiple agencies. He underlined the important role of the public in detecting, reporting and helping to address corrupt practices.

HCM City seeks to boost multifaceted cooperation with Czech Republic

Duoc noted Vystrcil’s selection of HCM City as the first stop of his visit reflects the city’s role, potential, and economic–diplomatic position. He expressed belief that the visit will help strengthen the traditional friendship, provide a strong impetus for Vietnam–Czech relations, and promote cooperation between the Czech Republic and the southern largest city in the time to come.
