The Mexican official emphasised that Vietnam’s nearly 40 years of renewal and international integration have produced valuable experiences and lessons that serve as a model for communist and progressive left-wing parties worldwide.

Since the establishment of diplomatic ties, the relationship has been fostered on the basis of political trust, shared historical and cultural values, and mutual respect, and has expanded comprehensively, said Vietnamese Ambassador to Mexico Nguyen Van Hai.

This achievement reflects the resilience and patriotism of the Vietnamese people and the strategic vision of the Communist Party of Vietnam in harmoniously combining national independence with socialism.

Diverse and distinctive cultural values of Vietnam are promoted at the "Vietnam Culture Day" event held from March 29-30 in Mexico City, attracting representatives from diplomatic corps and local authorities, international friends, and local residents.

González suggested that the two nations should continue to strengthen cooperation in key areas such as trade, investment, education, and culture. These sectors are crucial for building and further solidifying the comprehensive and robust relationship between the two nations.
