Paris (VNA) – Vietnam is showcasing its culture, tourism, and aviation at the IFTM Top Resa 2025 International Tourism Fair in Paris from September 23–25.

The Hanoi Department of Tourism, together with 12 travel companies and airlines, is participating under the theme “Ha Noi den de yeu – Hanoi venir pour aimer” (Hanoi, come to fall in love).

Hanoi’s booth features images, videos, handicrafts, cuisine, and tourism publications. The delegation also co-hosted a conference with Vietnam Airlines to introduce destinations and explore cooperation opportunities, while holding discussions with partners from the Ile-de-France region, Versailles, and across Europe on tourism, aviation, and media.

Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang expressed his hope the fair will attract more French and international visitors, boosting Vietnam’s profile on the global tourism map.

Nguyen Tran Quang, Deputy Director of Hanoi’s Department of Tourism, said the event supports Hanoi’s target of welcoming 7.8 million international visitors in 2025, with a focus on French-speaking markets.

Pierre Sauvage, Chairman of BAR France, called Vietnam “the most wonderful destination in the world,” while Adeline from Club Méditerranée noted strong French interest, especially in winter, thanks to Vietnam’s cultural diversity and authentic experiences.

The IFTM Top Resa Fair gathers over 3,000 exhibitors from more than 100 countries and 32,000 tourism professionals, offering Hanoi a key platform to strengthen international cooperation and promote itself as a safe, friendly, and attractive destination./.
