Vietnam – US tech seminar in Ho Chi Minh City explores AI, innovation

The ecosystem aims to build unified operational capacity at the grassroots level, reduce information delays and improve public service quality. It is structured around three key pillars.

Two foreign technology giants - SpaceX’s Starlink and Amazon’s Kuiper- have formally sought approval to pilot LEO satellite-based Internet services in Vietnam.
