Specific time windows have been set for all vehicles excluding lorries to use Prenn Pass: on December 5 from 9am to 10pm and on December 6 and December 7 from 5am to 10pm.

Currently, Lam Dong has 1,984 fishing vessels of 15 metres or longer. Of these, 1,972 vessels have installed VMS devices and are fully integrated into the national VMS system, achieving 100% coverage of active vessels.
As of October 23, 7,255 out of 8,398 fishing vessels measuring six metres or longer in Lam Dong province still hold valid fishing licences. Meanwhile, 3,212 out of 3,957 vessels remain validly registered. In addition, 311 fishing boats have been proposed by local authorities for deregistration.
