The seventh Vietnam–Philippines Defence Policy Dialogue was held in Hanoi on November 26, co-chaired by Vietnamese Deputy Minister of National Defence Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien and Philippine Undersecretary of National Defence Irineo C. Espino.
